Children's Privacy (COPPA Compliance)

- We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent.
- Parents/guardians may request review or deletion of a child's data at any time by emailing privacy@swingcheckai.com.
- We do not serve behavioral advertising to users under 13.
- We practice data minimization — we collect only what is needed to deliver the biomechanics service.
- Parental consent is collected at account setup via the eligibility checkbox, which requires the acknowledging adult to be 18+ or the legal guardian of the player.
3. Video Uploads & Biomechanics Data

Original video is retained only as long as needed to generate your report, unless you explicitly save it to your session history. If you opt-in, anonymized excerpts may be used to improve our AI models — faces are blurred or cropped out of frame before use. You may revoke this consent at any time in account settings.
4. Data Sharing

5. Data Retention and Deletion
